For employer-backed roles below EP level; quota-limited, with higher salary thresholds for new applications from January 2027.

Important notes

• A job offer from a Singapore employer for an eligible associate professional or technician role.
• Fixed monthly salary of at least S$3,300 for new applications under the current table, increasing progressively with age and by sector.
• Employer must meet the applicable quota and levy rules and submit the application through the Ministry of Manpower.
• Passport and employment documents are required; qualifications can be declared but must be authentic and from an accredited institution.
• The S Pass qualifying salary rises to S$3,600 for new applications from 1 January 2027, before age and sector progression.
• A Self-Assessment Tool check is recommended before the employer applies.
