Graduate/postgraduate from recognised institutions or minimum 3 years professional experience; company has real and continued activity; remote work can be carried out remotely; employment/professional relationship existed at least 3 months; visa via consulate or residence authorization via UGE if legally in Spain.

Important notes

• Add current SMI calculation separately before launch.
• Employees may only work for companies outside Spain.
• Self-employed/professional activity may include Spanish clients only up to 20% of total professional activity.

Preparation checklist

• 准备路径证明：须为受认可院校的本科或研究生毕业，或有至少3年专业工作经验；公司须真实且持续经营；工作可以远程完成；雇佣或专业合作关系已存续至少3个月。在境外通过领事馆申请签证，已在西班牙合法居留的可通过UGE申请居留授权。
• 确认财务证明：官方页面没有显示固定欧元金额；收入与西班牙最低工资指标（SMI）挂钩，应每年更新。
• 核实工作权利与限制：受雇者只能为西班牙境外的公司工作。
• 记录获批期限与续签条件：在西班牙境外申请时签证期限为1年。
