Official immigration factsheet states the White Card is for third-country nationals and is not granted to someone pursuing gainful activity in Hungary or holding a share in a Hungarian company.
The applicant's monthly legal income must be at least EUR 3,000 net for the six months before entry and must be maintained throughout the stay, per the official NDGAP/OIF factsheet.
