Have an Egyptian employer willing to sponsor the role and submit the foreign-worker work-permit request through the Ministry of Labour process.
Provide authenticated qualification and experience evidence, normally showing relevant experience in the same field, together with the employer's commercial-registration, tax, social-insurance, and staffing documents.
Meet any professional-body approval, medical, police, passport, and translated-document requirements for the occupation and nationality.
Complete the work permit and foreigner-residence process before beginning work, and keep the activity and employer consistent with the permission granted.
The Egyptian labour authority states that companies applying to employ foreign expertise must supply company records, evidence of the foreigner's experience, and information on Egyptian employees; the foreign-worker share is generally limited under the applicable rules, subject to exceptions.
