Important notes

• A Spanish job offer for a managerial or highly qualified professional role.
• Higher-education qualification or, exceptionally, at least three years of comparable professional experience related to the role.
• Employment or professional relationship contract, passport, and documents proving the company and role meet the authorisation requirements.
• The employer normally leads the application through Spain's Unit for Large Companies and Strategic Collectives.
• The authorisation is valid throughout Spain; when applying legally from Spain, it can be granted for three years or the contract duration if shorter.
• This is an employer-led route, not a general job-search permission.
