Obtain the Ministry of Labour work permit for the job and ensure the profession on the permit matches the visa application.
Provide a passport copy, personal photograph, work permit, medical examination, and any occupation-specific approvals requested by the authorities.
Meet the current eligibility conditions, including the minimum age requirement and any nationality, profession, Omanisation, or quota rules that apply to the employer.
This is an employer-sponsored route, not an open remote-work or job-search residence permit. The holder may work only for the approved sponsor and activity.
The official Gov.om service says the employer submits the request and that a Ministry of Labour licence is required unless the employer is a government entity. Confirm the current residence-card and renewal steps with the employer before travel.
