Important notes
- Invest at least SAR 7 million in qualifying Saudi investment activity and hold the required Ministry of Investment licence.
- Show a Saudi commercial registration, incorporation documents, ownership of the qualifying share, and proof that the capital was injected.
- Show at least 10 employees within the applicant's share of the company, plus passports, funds, health, criminal-record, and application documents.
- This is the business-investor product, separate from the entrepreneur Premium Residency product.
