Have the employer submit the foreign-worker contract through the TAECHIR process and obtain the Ministry of Employment approval or work-contract visa required for the case.
Provide qualification and experience evidence, passport, residence and accommodation documents, photographs, criminal-record and medical evidence, and any ANAPEC certificate showing the labour-market position.
Obtain the registration card mentioning the authorised professional activity and work only within the approved employer, role, and conditions.
Morocco's official business guide says a foreign worker needs an employment contract approved by the employment ministry and, where applicable, an ANAPEC certificate that no suitable Moroccan candidate is available.
This is an employer-linked work route, not an open work permit or a route for working remotely for overseas clients without Moroccan authorisation.
